Every session begins with a brief grounding exercise to help you arrive fully in the present moment. From there, we move into open dialogue guided by your intentions and whatever is most alive for you that day. Depending on your needs, the session may include intuitive inquiry, guided meditation, breathwork, energy assessment or reflective journaling. Each session closes with a short integration practice and, where appropriate, a suggested practice to carry into your daily life. The process is collaborative, gentle and entirely centred on you.
Not at all. Our sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you have never meditated before or you have been practising for decades, we adapt our approach to your experience level and comfort. Curiosity and openness are the only prerequisites.
Yes. All of our sessions are available via secure video call, so you can receive guidance from the comfort of your own home, no matter where you are in Australia or the world. In-person sessions are available by arrangement at our Lake Jackport practice for those in the Northern Territory area.
We understand that life is unpredictable. You may reschedule or cancel a session with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee. For multi-session packages, unused sessions can be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 90 days of purchase.
No. Spiritual coaching is a complementary practice focused on personal growth, self-awareness and inner peace. It is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, we encourage you to seek support from a qualified healthcare professional. We are happy to work alongside your existing care team to provide holistic support.
Absolutely. If you begin with a Discovery session and decide you would like to continue with the Awakening journey or Deep transformation programme, we will credit the cost of your initial session toward the package price. We want your experience to be as flexible and supportive as possible.
